Lou English has over 22 years of consulting experience and knows what it takes to make Kaizen and lean technologies work and have a desired business impact. He specializes in applying Kaizen tools and technologies to information based businesses and support organizations like engineering, human resources, finance and purchasing, and Kaizen Leadership. Prior to his consulting with Kaizen Institute and Davies Consulting, Lou spent 13 years as Director of Organizational Development for Cummins Engineering and then as Manufacturing and Director of Personnel for Cummins Engine Research Center. Lou holds a Ph.D. in Social Psychology and Organizational Development from SUNY at Buffalo.
